Spectrum Mobile

Lead creative development, strategy, and copy direction for 360° campaigns spanning direct mail, broadcast, print, and digital media for Spectrum, Spectrum Mobile, and Spectrum Business. These campaigns are tailored to diverse markets, including Hispanic, African American, and International audiences.

As the creative lead, I oversee the design and execution of Spectrum’s bi-monthly direct mail programs, monthly print and added-value pieces, incremental mailings, landing pages, and emails. I ensure all creative aligns with corresponding TV spots to maintain consistency and cohesion across all campaign touchpoints.

In collaboration with senior copywriters and account directors, I help shape the strategic and creative direction for each piece. We present concepts to Spectrum’s marketing managers, then oversee all aspects of quality control—verifying legal requirements, offers, terms, and layout accuracy. I also participate in final “ok-to-set” calls with Spectrum’s print producers and vendors to confirm all specs and mechanicals are correct before releasing files to production.
